To avoid paperwork hassle and getting line at the Embassy, you can apply online for a Visa on Arrival or an E-Visa.

We’re a private agent, not affiliated with the Government, we handle Visa applications in the Vietnam Immigration Department and provide legal services for you on time. Therefore, Processing service fee is the fee that the applicants have to pay to us in advance to process the Visa Approval Letter or E-Visa.

2. Government fee

Is the fee that applicants pay to the Immigration to get Visa stamp to arrive Vietnam.

When applying for Visa on Arrival, Government fee is the eee that the applicants will pay at the Landing Visa Counter at the arrival airport to get the Vietnam Visa stamp and Visa sticker. To avoid wasting time at the airport, you can pay Government fee online with us by booking our Full Package including Fast Check-in and pay Government fee in advance.

When apply for an E-Visa, Government fee must be paid online in advance together with the E-Visa Processing service fee. However, please note, with E-Visa, all E-Visa fees are non-refundable for any reasons when submitted.
