Hi, My name is Soheil Taherian and I applied through this website for a Vietnamese visa in 2011. I am an Iranian citizen living in Australia. I would like to apply for a Vietnamese visa for myself and my family (total of 6 people) again. Your online application form does not have any option for Iranians. Could you please let me know the cost and the process to apply for the visa? I provided some information as below: - Total of 6 people - Purpose of Visit: Attending my wedding - Duration: 1 month/Single entry – Visa on arrival - Port of entry: Ho Chi Minh

We would like to inform that Vietnam visa for Iranians can be apply online, but more difficultly than the other nationality. Please take a look at below note:  

  • Service fee is USD $220 per person. (this fee does NOT include stamping fee  which is pay direct to Vietnam Embassy/ Vietnam Consulate)
  • Processing Time: 7 days
  • Required Documents: -> these need scanned and sent to us via email
    1. Passport photos,
    2. Returned Flight Ticket,
    3. A hotel booking ( if you need, we can handle this requirement for you)
    4. An Invitation ( if you have)
  • Received Documents: you will get a Vietnam Visa Approval Letter Code via email by us. However, you need come to Vietnam Embassy or Vietnam Consulate is nearest at your local to get Visa Sticker and pay stamping fee) Then, visit Vietnam confidently! :)
